Managing all markets operating with a distribution business model in Eastern Europe, Africa, Middle East. Leading the wholesale business and the franchising expansion in all regions.
Creating and maximizing the value of the brand in each of the markets, aligning distributor partners on global brand strategies. Responsible for the development, execution and delivery of the strategic plans for the Region. Reporting monthly and quarterly business reviews to the VP Sales. Assessing and prioritising new Brand development opportunities in the Region.
successful sales record,
Strong motivator and negotiator,
Strong organizational and analytical skills,
Willingness to travel up to 40-50%.
Sales management experience (at least 5 years),
Excellent regional wholesale/distributor management experience (at least 3 years),
Proven leadership qualities and experience of building long term profitable relationships,
Lifestyle footwear and/or apparel experience and knowledge,
Used to working in an A-brand environment,
Used to work in a multi-cultural environment.
