International Key Account Coordinator




A fast growing and dynamic European distribution and brand building company. 

Function description

Assisting in developing and implementing international sales strategies. 
Assisting in managing and developing existing retailer relationships. 
Searching and acquiring new accounts. 
Searching and acquiring (sub-)distributors where applicable. 
Assisting in developing local marketing and customer execution plans with distribution partners 
Developing, implementing and tracking trade marketing activities. 
Monitor ongoing business trends to effectively forecast of future sales 
Ensuring seamless communication with internal (operations, marketing) stakeholders. 
Ensuring accurate information flow to retailers incl. assets, new lines forms etc 
Flagging up any product developments on innovation and/or new potential brands. 


Over 4 years of experience in cosmetics/luxury goods. 
Fluent in English and ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
Strong communicative and interpersonal skills.
Must excel in multi-tasking within a fast-paced organization.
Key competencies for the job: entrepreneurship, ambition, result orientation, strong work ethic, an excellent negotiator and new business talent. 
Strong client focus and eager to take ownership. Willing to travel internationally and no 9-5 mentality
