Job description

• Net sales development of the line;
• Develop the average order (penetration) in line with the global product strategy;
• Develop Full price check out result of the line(s) by:
- Net sales development of the line(s) and all sales types (forward order and OTB)
- Improve quality and balance of merchandise mix of the line (pieces, category mix, average price, image/volume styles, colour mix), pre-order vs. OTB
- Together with the Sales Manager: translation of the Brand strategy into customer line buying plans and ideal order;
• Account/ relationship management;
• Maintain quality of distribution in line with the sales strategy.
• Live the brand and challenge all sales activities to the brand mission statement;
• Implement the brand strategy;
• Generate an experience every time a customer comes in the showroom;
• Build a strong professional relationship with and commercial management of all line(s) accounts in the Netherlands;
• Regularly visit customers to train shop staff, field merchandise, advice on
improving merchandise mix;
• Keep yourself informed about market/ products trends plus developments within the channel and competition;
• Maintain a strong relationship with buyer(s)/ customers;
• Budget, plan and forecast Sales of the lines in The Netherlands.

Profile

• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position in the fashion domain (retail or wholesale);
• You are connected with the “cool young” culture and can relate to this;
• Extreme passionate about denim;
• Product-knowledge of Denim/ Casual products;
• Proficiency in written and spoken Dutch and English;
• Great communication skills;
• Flexible, no 9-5 mentality;
