Assisting the shop manager, your responsibilities will include: •Managing the day to day activities of the Store to ensure its efficient, profitable and customer- orientated operation; •Plan and display of products in accordance with corporate guidelines; •Managing of the product in order to maintain adequate stock levels; •Managing all personnel issues, such as hiring, training, performance evaluation, developing and communicating staff schedules, termination of collaboration etc. •Direct and delegate all daily tasks
